Shipping Policy for MCURATE
Effective Date: March 10, 2025
At MCURATE, we specialize in digital art, e-books, and NFT-based assets. Since our products are digital, our shipping policies differ from traditional e-commerce platforms. This policy outlines how digital NFTs and physical art-related products (if applicable) are delivered.
1. Digital Product Delivery (NFTs & Digital Art)
For NFTs and digital artworks, delivery occurs instantly or within 24 hours after a successful payment.
Once the payment is confirmed via Razorpay (fiat payments) or MetaMask (crypto transactions), the purchased NFT will be transferred to the buyer’s registered wallet address.
The transaction is recorded on the blockchain, making it verifiable and permanent.
A confirmation email with transaction details and NFT ownership proof will be sent to the registered email address.
If the NFT does not appear in your wallet within 24 hours, please contact mcurate@gmail.com with your transaction ID.
2. Shipping Policy for Physical Goods (If Applicable)
For any physical art products, prints, or collectibles, shipping is processed as follows:
✅ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
✅ Estimated Delivery Times:
Domestic (India): 7-14 business days
International: 14-30 business days (subject to customs clearance)
✅ Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
3. Shipping Costs
Digital NFT purchases have no shipping costs as they are delivered instantly via blockchain transactions.
For physical products, shipping costs depend on the delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
4. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If you do not receive a purchased NFT or face shipping delays for a physical product:
🚀 For Digital Assets (NFTs):
Ensure your wallet address is correct, and check your transaction status on Polygonscan or Etherscan.
If your NFT is missing after 24 hours, contact support@mcurate.com with your wallet address and order details.
📦 For Physical Products:
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
5. Customs & International Shipping (If Applicable)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.
MCURATE is not liable for shipments held or delayed by customs authorities.
6. Changes to Shipping Details
For NFTs: You cannot change the delivery wallet address after purchase, as blockchain transactions are irreversible.
For Physical Products: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
